Women and Power in Relationships

This weekly 90-minute here-and-now process group is ideal for women who are curious about learning about power in their interpersonal interactions and its relationship to anxiety, their lived experiences, as well as their shared and different group identities (e.g., race, class, ethnicity, religion, gender). Group members have an opportunity to learn about how they take up or discard power by observing the way they respond to the group's structure (e.g., authority, boundaries, and task) and how it applies to other groups in their lives (e.g., work, family, friends). Age Range: 20s-50s
